WebSlashing grace lets you pick a slashing weapon and let it qualify as a Weapon Finesse weapon. Which means it uses Dex for attack if higher than strength. And it also lets you use dex for damage with that weapon. So it works out to both attack/damage. But keep in mind your off hand needs to be empty for it to work.
