Web16 jun. 2024 · I did not try iperf again using this method. So, unfortunately, I don't know if the 'upgrade' preserved this function from 6.5. I recently formatted and did a fresh install from ESXi 6.7 ISO. Now, I want to iperf again... there are no traces of iperf on a fresh ESXi 6.7 install (that I can find). UPDATE (09/20/22) - As of ESXi 7.0 Update 3 20036589 (possibly earlier), you no longer need to make a copy of the iperf3 utility.
