WebJun 4, 2008 · I can't drink the on-the-go packets. The packets contain aspartame. It makes me have migraines. The only reason I am mentioning this is that a lot of people can't have aspartame. The regular pre-made crystal light is made with splenda and only the on-the-go packets contain aspartame. I think the reason why is that aspartame has a longer shelf life.
